Shipping & Delivery

 ***Please be aware that all shipping services are experiencing delays at this point, and Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air services are not guaranteed.***

Do you need to receive your jewelry by a certain date or occasion? If you must have it ASAP, we recommend calling us at (800) 778-0080 to coordinate your delivery. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you if it is possible!

  • A signature is required for most packages due to the high value of jewelry items.
  • Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground by default, and ships within 2-3 business days after we process your order. UPS Ground is delivered Monday through Friday, without guaranteed delivery times. If you MUST have your order by a certain date, please contact Mystique Customer Service at (800) 778-0080 to coordinate delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping is via UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air, and is delivered Monday through Friday only (excluding holidays) A signature is required for these shipping services.
  • Shipping cutoff is 12:00 noon, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please call us at (800) 778-0080 to make special arrangements outside of these deadlines.
  • Mystique orders are shipped insured and must be shipped to the credit card holder's billing address. If you need to ship to an alternate address, extra verification steps will be needed. 
  • Rush Service is available for many items. Please call Mystique Customer Service at (800) 778-0080 if you need to receive your package by a specific date.

Shipping: Continental United States

  • FREE Standard Shipping: Usually USPS Priority Mail for orders over $150, only available in the continental USA.
  • Standard Shipping: Usually USPS Priority Mail: $10.00 for orders less than $150
  • 2nd Day Air: $25.00 - signature is required
  • 1 Day Air PM: $45.00 - signature is required
  • Saturday Delivery via UPS is available to limited areas with additional charges. A signature is required. Please call Mystique Customer Service to arrange for special UPS Saturday Delivery.

Our listed shipping prices above are for deliveries within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories will be quoted a shipping price that may be higher than the listed prices.

Items in Stock:

  • In most cases, items that are in stock and require no alteration can be shipped within 2-3 business days.
  • Mystique Customer Service Specialists will acknowledge your order by phone or e-mail and advise you of the status and expected shipping date.
  • If items in your order are not currently in stock, we will advise you of your order status and expected "ship by" date via phone or email.

Rings:

  • Mystique often sizes rings to order. In-stock items that require alteration modification can usually be shipped within 10 business days.
  • Please contact us to coordinate delivery if you need a ring sooner than 10 business days.
  • Mystique Customer Service Specialists will acknowledge your order by phone or e-mail and advise you of the status and expected shipping date.

Screwback Earrings:

  • Mystique makes screwback earrings especially for you when you place your order.
  • In-stock items that require alteration modification can usually be shipped within 10 business days.
  • Please contact us to coordinate delivery if you need screwback earrings sooner than 10 business days. Mystique will acknowledge your order by phone or e-mail and advise you of the status and expected shipping date.

Other Alterations:
Mystique is a full service jeweler and we can customize necklace lengths, bracelet lengths and can do many other alterations. Alteration times can vary and will be determined on an individual basis. Mystique Customer Service Specialists will acknowledge your order by phone or e-mail and advise you of your order status and expected shipping date.

Special Orders:
Delivery time on Special Orders varies. Our Mystique Customer Service Specialists will be happy to advise you of delivery time when you place your order. Please note that Special Orders are made exclusively to your specifications, therefore they do not have return or exchange privileges. Please see our Return Policy for details.
