Return Policy

Mystique's Return Policy - 

Items in original, unaltered, and unused condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 of receiving the item. Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original packaging and a copy of the sales receipt.  We now offer a free return label if needed.  See details below.

Mystique will issue a refund to the original payment method for the purchase price of the merchandise. Alternately, we can issue a store credit Gift Certificate that can be used at a later date.

Special Orders
Special Orders are made exclusively to your specifications, and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange. Special orders include (but are not limited to):

  • Screwback earrings
  • Items listed as Special Order
  • Custom color combinations
  • Custom Design orders

Special Order Ring Sizes
Occasionally, ring sizes listed as Special Order will be in stock. We encourage you to call and check with us!

  • Ladies’ rings smaller than size 5.0
  • Ladies’ rings larger than size 8.0
  • Men’s rings smaller than size 8.0
  • Men’s rings larger than size 10.0
  • Custom ring sizes not in stock

Final Sale Purchases
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Final Sale items include (but are not limited to):

  • Items listed as Final Sale
  • Gift Certificates or Gift Cards
  • Loose stones
  • Custom Order or Special Order Items



How to create a Return Request
  1. Log into your Mystique online account.
  2. Go to "My Account" and choose "Orders".
  3. Find the order/item that you need to return. Click on the order number. At the bottom right of the page, click on the "Return" button.
  4. Select the item(s) for return, and please give us feedback about why you are returning. Select a "Return Reason", a "Return Action", and please leave a few comments about why you need to return or exchange.
  5. Click "Submit Return Request". We will review your request and you will get an email within 1 business day with instructions for sending in your return.
  6. If you would like a complimentary return label within the continental United States of America please let us know and we will provide it via email for you.  We may use USPS, UPS, or Fedex at our discretion.
