Mystique's Russian formula Cubic Zirconia and other Man Made Gems are covered by a Lifetime Guarantee to retain their original brilliance and luster and against cracking or chipping under normal wear. In the unlikely event this should ever happen, Mystique will provide a replacement gem at no charge to the original purchaser. We reserve the right to replace the gem with the closest color and cut available at the time. After one year, from the date of purchase, fees for stone setting and goldsmithing apply.
Mystique's Jewelry Guarantee
All Mystique jewelry designs are guaranteed to be solid 14K gold, 18K gold, or Platinum in accordance with the United States Bureau of Standards, and are covered by a one year guarantee against any defects in design or craftsmanship, subject to normal wear. Due to the nature of precious metals, natural wear does occur. Any repairs that may be necessary after the first year are subject to goldsmithing fees.
All repair and modifications must be performed by Mystique of Palm Beach to maintain the status of the guarantee. Any work performed by another jeweler will nullify Mystique's guarantee. Mystique reserves the right, at our option, to repair or replace the jewelry under this guarantee.
Mystique's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us postage prepaid within 10 days and we will immediately issue a refund for the full purchase price of the merchandise. Do you need to receive your jewelry by a certain date or occasion? If you must have it ASAP, we recommend calling us at (800) 778-0080 to coordinate your delivery.
- A signature is required for most packages due to the high value of jewelry items.
- Mystique orders are shipped insured and must be shipped to the credit card holder's billing address. If you need to ship to an alternate address, extra verification steps will be needed.
- Rush Service is available for many items. Please call Customer Service at (800) 778-0080 if you need to receive your package by a specific date.
- Our listed shipping prices are for deliveries within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories will be quoted a shipping price that may be higher than the listed prices.

In most cases, items that are in stock and require no alteration can be shipped within 2-3 business days. Mystique will acknowledge your order by e-mail and advise you of the status and expected shipping date.
Mystique often sizes rings to order. In-stock items that require alteration modification can usually be shipped within 10 business days. Mystique is a full service jeweler and we can customize necklace lengths, bracelet lengths and can do many other alterations. Times can vary and will be determined on an individual basis. Mystique will acknowledge your order by e-mail and advise you of the status and expected shipping date.
Delivery time on Special Orders varies, but can take up to 2-4 weeks. Our Customer Service Specialists will be happy to advise you of delivery time when you place your order. Please note that Special Orders are made exclusively to your specifications, therefore they do not have return or exchange privileges. Please see Return Policy for details.
Items in original, unaltered, and unused condition may be returned or exchanged within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original packaging and a copy of the sales receipt.
Mystique will issue a refund to the original payment method for the purchase price of the merchandise. Alternately, we can issue a store credit Gift Certificate that can be used at a later date.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Final Sale items include (but are not limited to): items listed as Final Sale, Gift Certificates or Gift Cards, Loose stones.
How to create a Return Request
- Log into your Mystique online account.
- Go to "My Account" and choose "Orders".
- Find the order/item that you need to return. Click on the order number. At the bottom right of the page, click on the "Return" button.
- Select the item(s) for return, and please give us feedback about why you are returning. Select a "Return Reason", a "Return Action", and please leave a few comments about why you need to return or exchange.
- Click "Submit Return Request". We will reveiw your request and you will get an email within 1 business day with instructions for sending in your return.
