I got these to wear with my 2 carat stud earrings. They were flopping on my ears and one of the ladies at Mystique said these would help. They make a huge difference and I wear them with a lot more than my studs now. I only give them a 4 because they are pretty expensive. Couldn't find them for less anywhere else though...

I have 2 pairs of these one in white gold one in yellow gold. They work with almost all of my other earrings. Much easier for me to put them on my ear too.
