• A signature is required for most packages due to the high value of jewelry items.
• Mystique orders are shipped insured and must be shipped to the credit card holder's billing address. If you need to ship to an alternate address, extra verification steps will be needed. 
• Rush Service is available for many items. Please call Customer Service at (800) 778-0080 if you need to receive your package by a specific date.
• Our listed shipping prices are for deliveries within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories will be quoted a shipping price that may be higher than the listed prices.

Delivery

Stock Items
In most cases, items that are in stock and require no alteration can be shipped within 1-3 business days. Mystique will acknowledge your order by e-mail and advise you of the status and expected shipping date.

Rings
Mystique often sizes rings to order. In-stock items that require alteration modification can usually be shipped within 10 business days. Please contact us to coordinate delivery if you need a ring sooner than 10 business days. Mystique will acknowledge your order by e-mail and advise you of the status and expected shipping date.

Screwback Earrings
Mystique makes screwback earrings especially for you when you place your order. In-stock items that require alteration modification can usually be shipped within 10 business days. Please contact us to coordinate delivery if you need a screwback earrings sooner than 10 business days. Mystique will acknowledge your order by e-mail and advise you of the status and expected shipping date.

Other Alterations
Mystique is a full service jeweler and we can customize necklace lengths, bracelet lengths and can do many other alterations. Times can vary and will be determined on an individual basis. Mystique will acknowledge your order by e-mail and advise you of the status and expected shipping date.

Special Orders
Delivery time on Special Orders varies. Sometimes delivery can be 2-6 weeks before shipping. Occasionally, items listed as Special Order will be in stock. We encourage you to call and check with us!

Our Customer Service Specialists will be happy to advise you of delivery time when you place your order. Please note that Special Orders are made exclusively to your specifications, therefore they do not have return or exchange privileges. Please see Return Policy for details.

Returns

Items in original, unaltered, and unused condition may be returned or exchanged within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original packaging and a copy of the sales receipt.

Mystique will issue a refund to the original payment method for the purchase price of the merchandise. Alternately, we can issue a store credit Gift Certificate that can be used at a later date.

2019 Holiday Return Policy

Jewelry makes the perfect gift for the holidays! In an effort to make gift giving simpler for you we are extending our return policy as follows: Items normally eligible for our 10 day return policy that are purchased between 11/28/19 and 12/24/19 are eligible for an extended exchange/return deadline. These items must be postmarked by January 9th, 2019. Please contact customer service if you have questions regarding our return policy.

Special Orders
Special Orders are made exclusively to your specifications, and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange. Special orders include (but are not limited to): items listed as Special Order, custom color combinations, screwback earrings, Custom Design orders.

Occasionally, ring sizes listed as Special Order will be in stock. We encourage you to call and check with us!
