I was introduced to Mystique Gems by a billboard I saw in Ft. Lauderdale. I made a mental note to look it up on the internet as soon as I could, and was immediately impressed with what I saw.
I decided then, that for my 25th anniversary, I would purchase a ring from your company. Fast forward to 2011, I did just that.
I wanted something very special for my anniversary and began to do the research well in advance. I looked and looked, made online comparisons, GOOGLED CZ stones and then made my decision...Mystique Gems was the best I'd seen.
When the ring I initially ordered arrived, it was not what I thought I would be. I wanted something larger and immediately called customer service. I spoke with Amy, who is the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with. She skillfully and patiently guided me through the return and reorder process.
I eagerly awaited the ring's arrival and when it finally came, I was elated! It was beyond beautiful and I was so pleased. I had never seen anything like it! In the past, I only wanted to buy real diamonds. But after realizing the drastic depreciation, I decided that Mystique Gems was the way for me from now on.
