I wanted you to know I went to a cocktail reception last night and wore my ring and it was a hit. I couldn't even count the number of women who came over to see it. I think it was because everyone has stones that are round, pear, etc. and this is unique. If they only knew how affordable it is. I probably could have sold 20 of them. As an aside, one of the problems Mystique has is that while we love the compliments, we do not want to reveal our jewelry (stones) is not real. I buy your jewelry because it is so well made and will last a lifetime but I hope everyone assumes it was purchased from Bulgari, Cartier, Van Cleef, or other top jewelers.

I just took my 1.5 carat diamond solitaire out of the box and could hardly believe my eyes. It is absolutely beautiful!!! There will be no question that it is the real thing when showing it off to my friends. I had ordered one from another online company and sent it back because I wasn't pleased with it. My husband took one look at my face when I opened the box and said "I guess you won't be sending this one back". He's right, I won't be sending this one back - it's a keeper!!!! I wrote earlier about my oval earrings and how beautiful they are. I just received my new ring, the only word I can use to describe its beauty, breathtaking. I have placed it on my finger in between my anniversary band and wedding band and it is spectacular. Simply stunning. Dear Mystique, I just wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service, specifically Amy. My fiance bought my engagement ring from you. I had a problem with it through no fault of yours at all. I had brought it to a local place in GA to have it resized and in doing so the ring came back with one of the baguettes crooked. (I should have returned it to you for sizing, but I was impatient and did not want to wait for the shipping- big mistake!) It was also resized too small (again my own misjudgment). I was in tears when I spoke to Amy in customer service and she was so kind and reassuring on the phone. She personally saw to it that my ring was fixed and resized again. I have just received it and it looks great. This was a very emotional issue for me, having been divorced and single since 1990, and finally thrilled to be getting married again! Amy totally understood this, took a personal interest in my situation and took great care of me. You have many wonderful gems at Mystique, and Amy is truly one of them!

Oh My Gosh! I ordered a pair of oval one carat studs because I need a new pair and did not want to support the way diamonds are mined anymore. I have not been able to wear my real stones because I wonder just how much someone went through to bring them here to me, I feel tremendous guilt, and I also wanted to see just how "real" Mystique diamonds could look. I mean, c'mon, really. I just opened my box and WOW! I cannot believe how beautiful they truly, truly are! I also have ordered a ring to replace one I had lost and was nervous because I still had not received the earrings, but after seeing their beauty I cannot wait for my ring to arrive. I actually got out my trillion cut diamond earrings to put up against my new studs and the real ones actually looked like fakes next to your "man made diamond earrings. I am shocked. I will be back to shop again...and again. You have a new customer and have made me feel good about wearing my "diamonds" again.

I just want to say thank you not only for the stunningly gorgeous Asscher cut Estate Ring I just received but for the excellent customer service I experienced during the purchase. I originally ordered the Starburst Emerald Cut and although it was gorgeous it looked a little big for my hand. I called and did an exchange over the phone, asked for rush delivery and have received the Asscher cut replacement in plenty of time for when I needed it. When I purchased my first pair of earrings from Mystique on Worth Avenue 10 years ago I had no idea that this would quickly become my absolute favorite jewelry store. I got so many compliments on my one carat studs (I thought they were huge back then) that the next year I went back and bought some for my sister. Now visiting Mystique is part of my vacations to Florida every year. All my friends are jealous of my jewelry and want to know how I got such a great husband who will buy me all this jewelry. I just smile and know that they are right. My husband is great. He comes with me every year to see all the new goodies Mystique has in. He never says a word about what I buy because he knows that the other jewelry stores on Worth Avenue would all be costing him way more than my little secret jaunts to Mystique of Palm Beach.

Wow! We just received my girlfriend’s engagement ring from Mystique and cannot believe how beautiful it is in person. I wasn’t too sure about buying cubic zirconia but my girlfriend really didn’t want me to buy a diamond on our budget. We shopped around online and found Mystique. I’ve ordered CZ from other sites online over the last couple of years and have never been satisfied with the quality or the service. One of my friends told me to try you out because she used to shop with you years ago in Florida. I owe her big time. I ordered a pair of earrings and realized that they weren’t exactly what I wanted. I’d dealt with other companies that wouldn’t let me return stuff or gave me big hassles about it. Mystique was so easy.
